User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») governs the relationship between «JS Global» LLC (hereinafter referred to as the «Company») and any individual or legal entity using the website www.jsglobal.by (hereinafter referred to as the «User»).

1.2. Use of the website constitutes the User’s unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must cease using the website.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. The User undertakes to:

  • Use the website in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;

  • Not take actions aimed at disrupting the website’s functionality;

  • Not distribute malicious software or engage in unlawful data collection.

2.2. The Company is entitled to:

  • Modify the content of the website and its terms of use at any time without prior notice to the User;

  • Restrict access to the website in case of violation of the Agreement terms.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All materials posted on the website are the intellectual property of the Company. Their use without written consent is prohibited.

4. Liability

4.1. The Company shall not be liable for:

  • The accuracy of information posted by the User;

  • Disruptions in the website’s operation due to reasons beyond the Company’s control;

  • Damage caused to third parties as a result of using the website.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

5.2. All disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved through court proceedings at the location of the Company’s registered office.

5.3. The Company has the right to amend the Agreement. The current version is available on the website.
