About the Company
UAC (uac.by) is an accounting and outsourcing company providing comprehensive accounting services for businesses. The company uses 1C:Enterprise 8.3 — Accounting for Belarus in its daily operations.
Challenge
The company processes a large volume of primary documentation from clients and counterparties. The main challenges included:
- manual data entry from primary documents;
- high workload on accountants;
- risk of errors when entering details and tabular data;
- multiple document formats (scans, PDFs, photos);
- the need to speed up processing without losing control.
Solution
To address these challenges, the ImportDoc AI solution was implemented.
As part of the project:
- ImportDoc was integrated with 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (Accounting for Belarus);
- processing of all primary documentation was automated;
- the system recognizes document details and tabular data;
- data is prepared for further document creation in 1C;
- final verification and approval remain with the accountant.
The solution was implemented in line with the company’s internal processes and data security requirements.
